Refund policy

1, Items can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or not as ordered.
2, Contact us with your order number and photos/video. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
3, Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI.
4, Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
